⤷ before you commission

  • SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY!

  • Please send me a message on VGen or Discord (@snowirony) so we can talk about what it is you're exactly looking for and whether I would be the right graphic designer to suit your needs.

  • I highly suggest reviewing my prices and my design style prior to making a request.

  • Turnaround time will take 2-6 weeks depending on the order and my current workload.

  • Because of a busy work/school life, I will be limiting the amount of commissions I take each month. Your order will be put on a waitlist and I will keep in touch once I'm ready to start your order.

  • If you would like to keep track of your order, please refer to my Trello page.

  • ALL PRICES ARE IN USD.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission requests from clients I do not feel comfortable working with.

  • I may post my client commission work on my social media for promotional use

  • I do not do any osu! skin related work.

  • I wil not do any NSFW, explicit, or gore related work.

  • Delivery times may vary.

⤷ payment and refund policy

  • All payments are done through PayPal or VGen.

  • A deposit is required once the first draft is completed. This fee will be deducted from the full amount once the commission is done.

  • I do not accept full refunds. If you are unhappy with the work, I can offer up to a 50% refund (depending on the size of the order, how long it took, and design complexity)

  2. Please read my Terms of Service first.

  3. In order to keep a steady workflow, please message me at least 1-2 months before you intend on starting your tournament.

  4. I require 3 milestone payments - 1. Before the forum post, 2. after the forum post and 3. before the banners

  5. I do not do any osu! skin related work

  6. I do not do any gosu memory coding

  7. I do not do any map storyboarding

  8. Once the forum post graphics are finished, there are no refunds. You can choose to pay for the forum post graphics for the deposit amount OR adjust the needs of your tournament should you decide otherwise from our initial agreement. I will adjust the price accordingly!
